Contact Espirito Santo Tourism

One address, read most days: corrections first, then route questions, then everything else.

Mail to Espirito Santo Tourism reaches a single shared inbox at hello@espiritusantotourism.com, and one of the three writers reads it most days. Say in the first line what the message is: a correction, a route question or something else entirely, because corrections are the only category that jumps the queue.

Corrections

Send the page address, the line that looks wrong and what you found instead, ideally with the date you checked it. Fares, opening hours and flight schedules move faster than pages do, and one corrected number helps the next reader more than a long argument would. Pages that get fixed carry a fresh check date at the top.

Route questions

Include the month you travel, how many days you have, where you start and what cannot move. A question about one island gets a short answer; a question about three islands in nine days gets an order of stops with the reasoning written next to each one. Anything that depends on a live timetable is looked up before it is answered rather than recalled.

  • Dates that are fixed and dates that can slide.
  • Who is coming, and whether anyone swims, dives or refuses boat days.
  • The budget you are working in, in whatever currency you count it.
  • What has already been booked, if anything.

If you only need one thing settled, such as whether a month works or which of two islands fits the days you have, put that question in the first line. The reply will answer it first and keep the rest short.

What this inbox does not do

We do not sell trips, hold tickets, answer visa cases or read insurance paperwork. An embassy, an airline or a licensed agent will always beat three writers on speed and on accuracy, and pretending otherwise would cost you a week rather than save one.

Response time

A correction usually lands in the next version of a page within a day or two. A route question takes about two working days, longer when fares have to be checked in more than one season, and the reply says plainly when something could not be confirmed. Silence here means a question is being checked, not ignored.

After the first reply

Every reply ends in one of two ways: the question is settled, or it comes back asking for the dates, the starting city or the budget range that was missing from the first message. A question that needs a fare checked in two seasons says so and gives a date rather than going quiet, and a correction is confirmed once it has been changed. Nothing sent to this address is used for anything besides the answer, and no sender is added to a list.

Pitches and collaboration

Pitches are read when they carry a number: a route walked recently, a price paid this year, a schedule measured rather than remembered. Unpaid guest posts and link exchanges are not what this site exists for, so they get a short and polite decline. Anything paid is agreed in writing before a word is drafted.

If a page is wrong, that matters more to us than a compliment. The address above is the fastest route to putting it right.
